"A cosily brown pub, where the ceiling tiles have been nicotine-stained to a very intriguing shade. The bar itself (the piece of furniture, of course) is a proper old carved job. Above is a wooden model of a dinosaur, but this is in keeping with all the other odd bits of old crap stuck on the walls and hanging from the ceiling. The best of these are the monumental light fittings with little wooden barrels holding the bulbs. The gaps in between all this stuff, seems filled by the rock/indie music belting out of the stereo. But that's only to be expected with the studenty/alternative type crowd who make up most of the customers."
