"It is generally tended by American troops on their off time. The bathroom is unisex, shared by both male and female. Expect the unexpected. There is a video camera on the roof and you will get filmed if you attempt to do something 'private' up there. They do make their own liquor there, it's not bad. Enjoy and happy bar hopping!"
