"Café Iguana was founded in 2000 by American Devin Otto Kimble and Chilean Daniel Flores who felt that Singapore really needed a place for good Mexican food and a great margarita at fantastic happy hour prices. It is owned and operated by the same passionate team that runs Brewerkz and WineGarage. Quality is their mania at Café Iguana. The tortillas, salsa and guacamole are all made with the best possible traditional ingredients in their own kitchen. As for draft beer, it doesn't get any fresher. Iguana Lager was featured as special, light and refreshing - "Mexican-style" beer brewed exclusively for Cafe Iguana by Brewerkz...how cool is that? With over 100 labels of 100% agave tequila and mezcal, Café Iguana has one of Asia best selections of these amazing spirits, which are fantastic for sipping from our Riedel glassware that is specially designed to bring out the best tequila flavors."
