"Opened in 2007 along the popular tourist stretch of Clarke Quay, Mama's unique decor is tropical, right down to the metallic coconut trees outside, hangining eerie skulls in birdcages, adding Haitian voodoo touch to the place. The Caribbean vibe is evident in the music and exotic cuisines of the Caribbean. Try their signature dish Beef Steak, reminiscent of Louisiana Creole cuisine and the Salted Fish Fritters, which you will be delighted for more!"
