There is something about a mugshot that either lowers a really hot celebrity down a notch to where I could almost date her, or, it takes a marginally attractive celebrity and gives them this sultry, bad girl look that no one could deny. Nicole Richie is the latter.

I have no idea who she is, but Bai Ling is all over mugshot- and celebrity-themed websites. This photo was taken after her arrest from stealing some magazines and battaries from a LAX newsstand. I think she is a D-lister or played a bit part in a Woody Allen film or something, but she looks like she'd be up for some bukkake if the price were right.

Like Richie, Khloe Kardashian is actually a lot hotter in her mug shot than in real life. The reason: this picture is from the shoulders up. In real life Kardashian has a budonka-donk, but not a good one like her sister Kim.

There's something about this Lost starlet smiling in her mugshot that makes me smile. This is just one of her two DUI mugshots floating around on the internet.

Believe it or not, this picture is the best one I've ever seen of Foxy Brown. As might be deduced from the photo, Brown was arrested for stealing/using hair products and makeup in a beauty supply store after closing hours. She also spit on the employee that found her teasing her weave in the bathroom, and attacked the officer that came to the supply store to physically remove her from the store.

Kumari Fulbright

I first thought this was Amy Smart (Road Trip, Varsity Blues), but as it turns out, it is former beauty queen,  Kumari Fulbright. Unlike most of the girls on this list, Fulbright was indicted on five felony charges: robbery, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and two charges of aggravated assault with a gun. She also bit a guy.

Ok she's not that hot, but this is an oldie but goodie: a 1994 mugshot of former tennis great, Jennifer Capriati. Story has it Miami police busted her for marijuana  possession after entering her hotel room, searching for a runaway girl they believed to be staying with the tennis star.
