And if you are in your tricky twenties (which I feel it is), then you have apparently moved on from the soft drinks and have also tried to make a soft distance from the so-called hard drinks. All you settle proudly and socially are with the mocktails and the cocktails. So, to make your house parties even crazier and to brag about your skills, here are 10 cocktail recipes which you must learn to make in your twenties. It’s time to zone out your friends, though.

  1. THE CLASSIC MARGARITA OTR

Let us begin the simplest one which is the classic margarita on the rocks. For this, you need two ounces of tequila, one ounce of Cointreau, one ounce of lime juice and salt for garnish. You have combined all these ingredients in a shaker and add some ice. Damp the glass rim with water and soak it in the salt bowl upside down for the salt to settle at the top. Garnish as you feel.

  1. THE SPANISH SANGRIA

This red wine sangria is again an easy plus a fancy one to try. For this, you need five fruits including the oranges, pineapples, pear, orange juice and red wine. Chop all the fruits and mix them in a shaker. Add the orange juice and red wine and stir the mixture. Refrigerate it for 4 hours for the flavour to mingle. The Spanish sangria cocktail is ready. Serve it in your best barware.

  1. THE BLOODY MARY MIX

The most common drink for the brunches has made a position in our list. For this, you need three cups of tomato juice, one and a half ounces of lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, celery salt, tobasco, fresh horseradish, ice, 2 cups of vodka, and ground black pepper. Mix all the ingredients in a container and mix. Refrigerate for four hours for the flavours to mingle.

This mojito is also very easy to make and requires the least ingredients as well. So, you don’t have to figure out a lot while making it. For this, you need mint leaves, lime, sugar, crushed ice, light rum and club soda. Mix and muddle the sliced lime with mint leaves and sugar in a chilled glass. Now, you need to add ice and rum to it. Now add soda and garnish with mint leaves.

  1. THE BASIC DAIQUIRI

Another fun and the delicious cocktail is this one. For this, you will need two ounces of white rum, one ounce of lime juice, and half ounce simple syrup. Mix all these ingredients and add ice to it. Now give it a stylish look and pour it into a martini glass and serve like a boss.

  1. THE ROYAL CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

One of the stylish and classic cocktail recipes is the champagne cocktail. You need sugar cubes, angostura bitters, chilled brut champagne, and one lemon twist. Soak the sugar cube with Angostura bitters in a glass. Add champagne and stir. Finally, garnish the drink with the lemon.

  1. A WHITE RUSSIAN

This one is as tasty as it sounds. The basic ingredients are 2 oz vodka, 1 oz Kahlua, and heavy cream. You have to add vodka and Kahlua in a vintage kind of glass which is filled with ice. For the final touch, you can top with the large splash of heavy cream.

  1. THE OLD SCHOOL MANHATTAN

This one is a bit classic addition to this list. It is quite easy to make as well. You have to mix one-fourth cup of rye whiskey, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 2 tablespoons of sweet vermouth and stir them into the glass filled with ice. This one is definitely an old-school Manhattan drink.

  1. THE WHISK WHISKEY

This is a sour whiskey cocktail. For this, you need to mix the lemon juice, whiskey, and sugar with ice. You can then finally garnish the drink with orange or lemon slice and the maraschino cherry. Your whisk whiskey is all ready to be served.
