It’s commonplace that most African-Americans have a strong sense of their belief in God and their religion. Apparently Lil’ Wayne has that more than most. He had the words Fear God put on his eyes with a few teardrops strategically placed in other areas of his face. The letter C was also put in between his eyebrows, standing for his mother’s name, Cita, but also designed to look like the word of so for one who doesn’t know it looks like Fear of God. No matter how you read it, I’d have more fear of looking like a crazy person.
